INGREDIENTS FOR 1 BEAUTIFUL TART
- Tomatoes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Peppers
- Olive oil
- Country bread
- Stracciatella
- Green olives
- Green tapenade
- Basil
- Salt, pepper
- Espelette peppers
- Pine nuts Bread
STEP 1
Slice the country loaf lengthwise to make a large slice of bread. Then grill it in a hot pan with olive oil.
STEP 2
Once browned, remove the bread. Add the cherry tomatoes and the bell peppers to the pan. Sauté them for a few minutes to soften them.
STEP 3
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Spread the green tapenade on the bread slice, then place the thin tomato slices on top. Then add the stracciatella, cherry tomatoes, and candied peppers. Sprinkle with fleur de sel, pepper, and Espelette pepper.
STEP 4
Finish with the olives, pine nuts, and basil leaves. It's ready!
