Before, you had rectangular metal baking sheets. Now you have the Atmissima baking sheet made of 100% natural ceramic. No need for parchment paper; a little flour or very fine semolina is enough for baking. Its edges will prevent your tomato sauce from boiling over and your oven from having to scrub. And let's face it, you might not have been very proud to bring your rectangular baking sheet directly to the table. With Atmissima, those days are over. From now on, expect to receive as many compliments for your dish as for your baking sheet.

Our pizza pan (and more) is handcrafted in our partner factory in Portugal, which has specialized in ceramics for decades. As always, we choose professional quality: it's made from stoneware, which has the advantage of being extremely strong and resistant to thermal shock. And as always, your health is our top priority: no toxic substances, it contains no cadmium, lead, aluminum, cobalt, or arsenic. Tested in an independent laboratory.

What recipes can I cook with this hob?
It replaces the baking trays you already had, but which aren't necessarily the most practical. You can cook pizzas, of course, but also pies (savory and sweet), cookies, cakes like shortbread, samosas, etc.
